Red Roof Inn Convention Center

The Red Roof Inn is a short--!0 to 15 min.-walk to the Orange County Convention Center. It is very reasonably priced and the room was adequate if not overly large. All tings considered it was a good value when adding in the money we saved by not having to pay to park the 3 days of our trade show. We would stay there again.

The room was nice. I don't have any major complaints about the hotel. I just wish I had went for a more upgrade type of room. But the room was a good value for the money.

As long as you are living in hotel for attending meeting/conference at nearby convention center and using hotel only for comfortable sleep, Red Roof is a very good place for the money. I have not used any of hotel services as I stayed out of room for all day during 6-day stay. Yes! It does not swimming pool, spa, etc but those were not my needs in any case! However, I saw no issues with room service and room interior, bed and ambiance was quite comfortable. Hotel is 5-minute walk to South wing and 10-minute walk to West wing of convention center. Opposite superstore and Walgreen provide a convenient way to purchase traveling needs. Overall, it is a better choice for the money.

The location of this hotel to the Convention Center was great. It was an easy walk and it was also close to the I-Ride trolley system which we loved.
The hotel lacked as far as housekeeping was concerned. We stayed 4 nights and our room was never vacuumed and the bathroom was never swept or mopped. One day our bed wasn't even made and we weren't given enough towels.
It is an old motel that has seen some refurbishing, but not in the cleanliness department.
