I would recommend this hotel. It's a good value for the price. The people at the front desk are very very helpful and friendly. The location is good for traveling through the Miami Airport.

This hotel has some bad reviews from people who clearly must be Kings and Queens.
The Hotel is a beautiful art deco building right on the beach. The rooms are comfy and warm and there was a Tv and Fridge. The bathroom was clean and had a hairdryer.

Yes - there were slightly frayed edges to things and some things need mending, but the staff are laid back and the price is good - PLUS ITS RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!! Did i already say that?!

I would recommend to any one that isn't stuck up their own bottom....

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.This hotel is one of the best in the Miami Lakes area.The staff is very friendly.Specially Ladie one of the receptionist.I would recommend this hotel as it is value for money.

The hotel is ok, maybe a little tired and need of refurb, but in a good location. The pool bar, the pool and beach are great.
We only stayed for 1 night and was hit with a $10 resort fee on check out??? Why is this not involved in the room price??

i would definitely recommend this place to anyone desiring to stay in/near/around south beach. it's a little bit off the beaten path from the beach, collins ave, and lincoln rd. but just a short cab ride or even a walk away to all of the above places.
and relatively speaking, this hotel is very inexpensive for s. beach.
for the younger crowd interested in the night life and miami scene, check out the bar in the lobby and pool area on fri. nights and check out the "pool party" on sun. from 2pm-10pm. lots of eye candy!!

I would recommend this hotel to others because the rooms are large and well appointed, the grounds are beautiful, and the location has easy access to both Ft.Lauderdale and Miami. Most of the staff was eager to please, very friendly, and professional. The management needs to iron out a few details since the renovation to make the "resort" a little more family friendly. These are not complaints but constructive criticism. The greens fees posted on-line are not up to date. One round for two before tipping the mandatory caddy was $530. A tad steep for two junior scratch golfers. There is no real gift shop and no place to grab a snack, soda, etc.. to go. The beach club isn't open until 11 a.m. Too late.Valet Parking which is mandatory is $30 per day. Items such as irons missing from rooms. Room not cleaned one day.It's all in the details.

The Raleigh is a small hotel in a great location- right in the heart of Collins ave, minutes away from Ocean Drive and Lincoln Ave. The hotel itself is nothing special. The rooms are pretty tiny. At check in we were told that we were being upgraded to a partial ocean view and partial was the key word. It basically meant a slight glimpse of the ocean through the sliver of space between the two buildings our room overlooked. The walls are also paper thin, so we were able to hear the rowdy group next door arguing until 3am. The pool area is nice and it was pretty easy to get chairs. The beach area was also nice. The staff was friendly. All in all if you are just looking for a place to sleep in a good location this is the place.

The Astor hotel was in a great spot right on the corner of 10th and Washington. Walking distance to the beach, the strip, and tons of resturants and bars. There's a convenience store across the street as well to pick up water, beer, and snacks. Included in the resort fee (for us was $10 a day) was breakfast, towels, and lounge chairs and an umbrella at the beach - which was incredible since 2 chairs and an umbrella goes for $32! We ate breakfast at the hotel both mornings and were pleased with the food, the prices were very high, but you're in Miami, that's expected. Minor issues with our room that we lived with were the hot water faucet in the sink would not turn on. And our room was in a stairwell and therefore internet connectivity was limited. Other than that we REALLY enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was clean, nice and quaint. My room got absolutely no sunlight which was not good for the decor. It's very rustic..iron everything, stone floors and showers. Dirty Drapes, stayed for 3 nights changed room after the 1st for sunlight. It was an improvement but the key to the room had a trick to it--house keys not hotel keycards. The bar was closed because the "Bar Lady" was out my entire stay, so there was no ice. the staff was very pleasant, nothing bad to say about them. no elevator, but the steps are short. there was a path from the Hotel Flora to the Impala that was questionable, and the lighting was scary for a woman who was there alone. My bed was never turned down, so i came back to new towels but the bed was exactly how i left it. The whole building smells "wet" and i think it may be because of the stone flooring. Overall, it was nicer than a lot of other places in SoBe that are not worth it and are very deceiving.

I would stay again if it was cheaper:)

Great location, wide sandy beach, couple excellent pools to everyone liking from kids to adults, great food and shuttle to many different locations!
Really enjoyed my stay at Trump International!!!

The place is ok - funky, pop-artish room furniture is the hotel's strong point but overall standard or perhaps its cleanness could be improved. It is somewhat noisy but location is very handy for shopping, less so for dining as most choice seems to be located a few blocks up. The receptionist was very helpful. In general we were pleased.

Yes I would recommend it to others. The staff were very friendly and the cookies they give you (for free) were plentifull and very nice. The room rates were a bit expensive but worth it. Our tour booking was stuffed up on one occassion so the hotel gave us a lovely free dinner (for 5) to make up for it.

This is a beautiful hotel. I believe they may have the most majestic swimming pool I have ever seen. I was very impressed with the room as they have been completely renovated with high quality materials. The only down side is the room service is over priced and marginal. Aside from that I recommend it if you can get a room for under $300.

when rooms and public arears has got the finish that OK.
Good value for money, but also fare from airport.
compared to others best western in Miami this was on the pore side.

We were really satisfied, we spent our first night in Miami here. Arriving from Budapest it was the best start of our holiday. Wonderful and clean room, very comfortable bed, really nice room. The breakfast is also something great to remember! Quality foods, quality service. We can just recommend this hotel to everybody.
