The location was great, just a few blocks from Lincoln Road. Got a cheap rate from this website for a one night stay during the week (Wednesday). The room was very simple and somewhat small with two double beds, but clean -- didn't have anything bad to say about it. There's overnight parking for $10 three blocks north (across from the entrance of the Days Inn). Can't comment on the pool or anything because just stayed the night and left fairly early the next morning.

My first impression wasn't good, doesn't look clean and not much light..
But the location, waterpool and access to the beach made my feel better about the hotel.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS HOTEL NOT EVEN A DOG ; THE SERVICE IS POOR. I ASKED FOR AN IRON THEY NEVER BROUGHT IT TO MY ROOM. I WENT DOWN TO THE FONT DESK THE NEXT DAY AND TOLD THEN AND I DID RECEIVED IT. IT TOOK THEM 1 1/2 DAYS. WHEN I WAS CHECKING OUT I WAS AT THE FD FOR 4 MINUTES WAITING WHILE THE A STAFF IN THE BACK ROOM WAS ON THE PHONE. THERE ARE ONLY ONE STAFF AT THE FD. THE HOTEL CHARGE 50.00. FOR EARLY CHECK IN ONE NIGHT I CALL DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK FOR ASSISTANT NO ONE PICK UP THE PHONE; I WENT DOWN STAIR TO THE FRONT DESK,THE STAFF WAS CLEANING THE ELEVATOR.THE HOTEL IS OK BUT THE SERVISE SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSS I WILL RETURN ONLY IF THE SERVICE IMPROVE

I would never recommend this hotel to others. Although it is a limited service hotel, the room service was awful! I never received anything I requested, i.e. iron, extra soap, etc. The hotel is not good value from the money if it cannot deliver on simple requests. My expectations were not met in this hotel. Skoosh should eliminate this hotel from its list!

If last resort or single travel. The front desk looks good. The rooms were all not standardized. Mold in bath room. Towel and especially wash cloth were short. Not all rooms had a fridge and mircowave. Areas I would like to see improve is room service, bath towels and wash cloth were not delivered daily. Touch up inside bathroom. Get rid of mold and paint chips.
