We have stayed at the Hacienda several times and have found it to be consistent. The service is good and the staff is friendly. Very good value for the money.

Excellent value hotel. Skoosh had the best rates. I paid $72USD per night and direct at the hotel it was $130USD! In the room was myself and my 3 boys, we had a double/double room..smallish rooms but we wern't in the rooms much, it was just to sleep. The rooms had all the amenities that you would expect; toiletries, coffee maker etc. Across the road is a Ralphs supermarket which is super handy for drinks and snacks. The pool and spa were great, very impressed. Around the hotel is several restaurants, In and Out Burger, Sizzler and also across the road is small take outs, pizza, indian etc. Mariposa rest at the hotel is A1 ! All in all I would recommend this hotel to couples/singles/families etc. Would definitely go back to this hotel again when in Los Angeles

good value. You get what you pay for. the room was clean. the maids were friendly. the elevators were slow and confusing. Room 2001 on the 22nd floor was on the 2nd floor 1 floor down from the lobby which was on the third floor. the certain people on the front dest were unfriendly. the washer/dryers were welcomed. the dryer cost too much $3.00 for 1 hr and the clothes wern't completely dry. other than that the stay was on par.

Nice, clean, quiet. The room was pleasant and comfortable.

Downsides: check-in was very slow (several people all arrived on shuttle at the same time - took a very long time to get through the line). Also, didn't watch TV because they used a for-profit provider for movies and video games, and we feared being charged for items we didn't watch (has happened to us before elsewhere).

Although I plan to avoid LA and LAX from now on, if I ever do have to stay over nearby in the future, I will most likely stay here again.

This is an acceptable hotel because of its price, the convenient location near LAX and across the street from local stores (fast food and grocery store). However, the hotel is often crowded with transit passengers, and there are long lines for the few elevators. The rooms in the main building are small and somewhat cramped for families. At least our room had a strong smell of mold or something else. I would stay there again only if I could not afford a pricier hotel.
