I would definitely not recommend. All booking info is not shared and all staff I talked to say different things. Breakfast is worst ever, Only some bread and fruits thats it, main foods (supposedly) is extra cost, some donation has been added to my invoice without asking anything (Not that I dont want to but they should have asked or mentioned at least)
But comes every 30 min only even if im staying around airport and not free.
I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICED HOTEL, I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!

A great hotel in a fantastic location and I got 8 days of parking included, although I only needed 2, it was a great bonus. The hotel could do with some tlc but it was very clean and I had a lovely room. There is. Fantastic Chinese restaurant out of the hotel and to the left, 400 yards. Would stay again especially with the fantastic rate that I got from Skoosh, at check out people where paying 4 times more than me

Very convenient to the airport. We had a huge amount of luggage and we chose to take the city bus from Terminal 1 and again back to Terminal 5. There was no problem with that and the bus was free. Bus 75/76 from the Main bus terminal and 350 back to terminal 5. The hotel was average. Nothing great about it. As others have stated, don't touch the stuff in the fridge or you will be charged for it. The internet connection was extremely slow. I tried wireless and wired and was charged 15 pounds each try. I complained (nicely) at the desk and both were removed from the bill. Note too, that a charge for 1 pound is automatically charged to you bill for Unicef. Although I think charities are OK, I don't like giving Sheraton a million pounds a year extra operating capital. The room was $128.

Extremely Convenient to London Heathrow

We rented a LandRover for pickup at Heathrow from Dollar Thrifty Rental agency which is housed in the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel. Upon returning to London from our holiday in rural England, we wanted things as easy as possible for drop off of the vehicle and transport to the airport the next morning - so we chose to stay at the Sheraton.
Even though we arrived several hours prior to check-in, the hotel checked us in no problem. (I had looked high and low to find a room at the Sheraton Heathrow at any price....the only booking I could find was through SKOOSH - even the hotel's website had no vacancies for our required night). They stored my husband's racing bicycle (for the UK Ironman race). The Concierge made arrangements for an oversized van to take us to the airport the next morning. Overall, the staff was very helpful and accomodating.
Note: The minibar automatically charges for items that are moved from their spot.....I'd moved some items out to place my personal bottle of wine in the fridge - the next morning there were 60 pounds of charges on my bill. The hotel corrected the charge with no hassle once I explained what had happened.
The bed and pillows were so comfortable, lots of amenities in the room - primarily aimed at business travelers. The view from our room was of the cooling units and roof area - but what can I expect in getting the last room in the hotel!!Excellent bar near the lobby with a fun bartender handling the service.
Highly recommended if you don't mind paying a little extra for nice amenities and being so near the airport.

Sheraton Heathrow - Good value midweek offer

I was able to get a single room mid-week for about £80 which is pretty good for a quality hotel this close to Heathrow. The shuttle service to Terminals was fine.
The Hotel has a pleasant lounge area and, for me, the rather dated fittings in the bedrooms and elsewhere add a bit of charm.
My only complaint is that there was noise at night from other rooms. I dont think that this was because people were being particularly noisy but rather because of a lack of sound insulation. I have rated the hotel down for this reason.
