Located alongside Michigan Avenue, the hotel is in [hidden]'s financial district and just three blocks from Lake Michigan. There are many shops, business centers and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms and suites all have good views of the [hidden] skyline, and there are also a few with views of Lake Michigan. There are many different styles of suites, all well decorated and comfortable, with the best rooms being the Terrace Suites on the upper floors. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and there is also a lobby bar, with an outdoor terrace. The full service Business Center is available for use by everyone and there is also high speed Internet access in all rooms. The staff here offer exceptional customer service and are very helpful with everything, especially the Concierge service who can help with arrangements for guided tours of [hidden], theatre tickets and restaurant reservations.
Excellent location, very nice and comfortable room and great service. They accommodated me with a very early check-in and a late check-out. Bose sound system and flat screen TV in room in addition to very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I would stay there again.

The room was comfortable, but not that large, but the spacious luxurious bath made up for it. Full of granite and ceramic with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
