We obtained a Winter Deal and it was good value for money. We booked a double, but asked for a twin and this was no problem. I am slightly disabled, but did not mention this in my booking. There were two sets of two and three stairs that we had to maneuver to our room with steps into the hotel if this is an issue to anyone. The rooms were clean, slightly small, but quite comfortable. Parking is £8 overnight, but I was able to use my Disabled Badge in Pay & Display. I would return to this hotel at the right price. We enjoyed our stay.

We would certainly recommend the Grand Hotel to others and will stay there again next time we go to Bristol. Our expectations were met with a nice quiet hotel in a big city, a lovely breakfast buffet and likewise delicious food in the evening in the Restaurant.

Have stayed at the Grand many times over the years and have never had such a small room. Not even any drawers!

But on the positive side, one of the best showers, even if it was over a bath.

would recommend the hotel to other's.
Great location for Shopping and nightlife.
Staff very friendly and helpful, Hotel spotless clean and food very nice indeed.Next time we come back to bristol will be staying here for sure.
