The room was good but not great - a little on the small side and looked out at another 'wing' of the hotel, but they did have nice amenities such as terry robes, heated towel racks and a double head shower. They had a turndown service (turning down the bed and leaving chocolates) and at that time they replaced dirty towels and the little shampoos and shower gels - so that was done twice a day. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful and they aim to please! One night we came in late and I needed some food to take medicine and the bellman went into to the kitchen and got me an English muffin and jam (no charge!).
The hotel has a pretty good location - just two blocks from Copley Square. I would definitely recommend this hotel but I'd want to know where the room was located!

I would strongly recommend it to others. The location, the quality of the rooms and, most important, the outstanding service put it at the top of our list in Boston.

The rates are excellent for the quality and our expectations were met in every way.

If you're looking for a boutique hotel in that area, it's the great one. Combines size and private environment with modern high standards of the business hotel, from services to design. It's not cheap, but if you can afford it, it's money well spent. You feel pampered and thought of, but not overwhelmed; everything is at your service when you need it but it's happening in the background. Definite hotel jewel of Boston.

We would definitely recommend the Jury's Hotel to anyone looking for a hip hotel in the Back Bay. Just a short walk to shops, restaurants and public transportation (T station). Meter parking available on street and public parking garage 1 block away for $12/day (weekend) rather than valet parking for $39. Check in was very easy. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and the bathroom was large with thick robes. Room also came with 2 free bottles of water. If I had to pick out anything that was a disappointment - no coffee maker in the room and the fitness room was very small with 2 treadmills, 2 stationery bikes, 2 or 3 TVs. Expectations were definitely met and found this hotel a good value for the money. This was our first time using Skoosh and we were very happy with the booking process and would use them again.
