We loved the whole experience. Have stayed a couple of times. Our bed in room 561 needs to be turned or new mattress. They both sunk into the middle of the room.
Realize this is commom however, someone should check this on a regular basis. Our sleep was compromised.
Room service prompt and staff pleasant. All else great. Thank You, Jack and Carol Ryan

We stayed 2 nights on a visit to Boston. The location was pretty good with the T station at the bottom of the hill (parking $5 a day if you don't fancy the walk back up the hill after trudging around the city). High points were the pool with jacuzzi and sauna and very reasonable prices in the restaurant and for bar food (for a hotel). Downside was the Irish wedding parties on both nights - boy those folk sure know how to party. The first night didn't bother us, the second one unfortunately did as some of the guests kept partying through the night in a room where the trunking directed the noise into our room. BUT the hotel staff were very good, they went and sorted it out and compensated us for the disturbed night. Any hotel can impress when things go right, but not many come up to the mark when things go wrong. We would stay there again.

We arrived late and were quickly checked in by the helpful staff. When we arrived in our room and got into the beds we found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. Without exception these beds were the most luxuriously comfortable beds we had ever slept on. The room was extremely clean and well appointed. The staff was very helpful the next day when we missed the shuttle to the train into Boston, one of the porters dropped everything and gave us a ride down. I would say this was a very good value for the money.
