I was over all very impressed with the Hyatt Regency. We stayed there to attend a play at the Boston Opera House, which was right across the street. The check in staff was very friendly, the concierge was excellent. My only beef with the hotel would be the overpriced food and drink. I had a mixed drink at the bar downstairs and it cost $10!! The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable, and the bathroom very roomy. As soon as we entered we noticed the pleasant smell in the room. A reed diffuser in the bathroom kept the room smelling nice.
