This beach hotel comprises a total of 129 rooms, including Wing Rooms and bungalows, clustered around the focal point of a butterfly-shaped swimming pool. It offers a peaceful garden environment. Guests are welcomed in a spacious lobby with a reception desk, open 24 hours. Further facilities on offer include a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, a hairdresser, a bar, a TV room, a children's playground, Internet access and a WLAN access point- Guests can enjoy dining by the beach at the restaurant, accompanied by a beautiful sunset. Laundry and medical services are also available, and there is a cycle hire facility (charges apply). There are parking spaces available for those arriving by car.

In our effort to improve services and facilities to our guests, we are proud to announce our great plan to Demolish our Cottages and Build a New 03 storied building with total of 150 rooms completed with New Swimming Pool, Restaurant and other supporting facilities. The Renovation will commence on 1st February 2011. We expect that the project will be completed towards the middle of 2012. During this time we still operate the Main Building with very limited access & facilities where some hotel’s facilities will be closed such as: Swimming Pool, Spa, Warung Mentari (The Beach front Restaurant) as well as direct access to the beach.

The runned down hotel

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful — I would not recommend it to anybody. I was dissapointed to find that it had no beach access, nor a pool as in pictures, nor a gym as described. I paid a more than what I should have for a better hotel. My expectations were definitely not met

Hotel location is very strategic right Kuta Beach and within walking distance to the center of a crowd where foreign tourists from various countries gathered ... a large swimming pool and direct access to the beach .. but the rooms need improvement (he says in the near future there will be a big improvement) What is the best value for money? .. best ... maybe! .... For sure I really like ..... I love bali
