I would recommend the resort. I was impressed with the resorts restaurants and lounge. The lobby was very welcoming. The check in took to long I thought. Only one person checking guests while 2 others where behind the desk. There where 2 people in line behind me. As for the room, it was nice and comfy. Great size and beds and pillows where great. The closet was Hard to get my suit case in and out of, due to the doors. The bath room was fine other than the bath tube. I took a bath and it wasn't as clean as I would like. WHen I requested more pillows and towels they got them for me quickly. For the price I got my moneys worth. Yes, the resort met my expectations.

We stay in the Hotel often because we like how close it is to the park. This time, we wnt during Knott's Scary Farm. The whole hotel was booked. When we got into our room, you could tell that they cleaned it very quickly. There was a mystery stain on the bathroom door that my 5 year old said was "Poop". I didn't want to get to close to even find out. The park closed early, which was fine because we have small kids. The Scary part closed at 1:00 AM. When all the people returned back to the hotel, they were very loud. The walls seem as thin as paper. I didn't need to here people ranking the haunted mazes and talking about how scared they were. The talkers woke both of my kids up in the middle of the night.

For being close to Knott's Berry Farm its great. They did not clean the room for our second nights stay. I ordered a Pizza only to find out that they thought the Pizza was for an employee so I cancelled the order.

A ventilator for the bathroom would be nice as well as better
lighting.

It was good for the value and it did meet our need for this stay.

We arrived early in the morning, before check in. The staff let us park our car and check in later. Our room was very clean and my children loved how the maid tucked their snoopy doll into the crib and turned down the covers. The hotel is a stones throw away from the park. We walked from our room to the park and made it in less then 5 minutes! Snoopy was also in the lobby each morning before we went to the park and each night (In his nightgown) to say goodnight to my kids. We will stay at this hotel again!
