The rooms at the [hidden] feature contemporary decor, granite bath and either king or two queen Grand Beds with ultra-plush pillows, soft sheets and thick down blanket.
Two outdoor swimming pools, whirlpools and tennis courts complete this luxury hotel. The fitness center is equipped with free weights, exercise cycles, stair climbers and treadmills. Located next to the hotel, Harbor Greens offers a full-service driving range and gift shop.
The hotel shares a shuttle with only one other hotel. The [hidden] is the 1st pickup and 1st drop off, every 1/2 hour and the shuttle works like clockwork. Get to the shuttle boarding area early if you don't want to be standing for the whole trip as the bus also makes a stop at the Crowne Plaza. Alternatively take a taxi, costing $9.00, including the tip.
Very comfortable with a very professional helpful staff. Room was very clean, included a sofa and work desk with comfy office chair. TVs aren't flat screen yet.
I was at a convention at the Anaheim Convention Center about a mile away. No shuttle bus but an easy 15min walk or a $10 cab.
No free internet - $10 a day or $40 for the week wired access from the room. Connection quality excellent.
Only real complaint was that the breakfast buffet was a little thin - not a great selection. The Marriott beside the Convention Center is a much better choice.

This is a nice hotel. Clean and well staffed. But like so many other "upscale hotels". you'll pay for everything. Fifteen bucks to self park your car, ten bucks a day for Internet, five bucks for the bottle of water in your room, twenty bucks for the breakfast buffet. By the time you get done, you could have stayed in a different hotel perhaps with more value...

We were most impressed with the sense of the Hyatt being an oasis in the midst of miles of concrete which is endemic to the area. The concierge services with respect to directions were very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It works well as both a family and convention style hotel. Free shuttle to Disneyland. It was a very good value for the money given the typical hotel costs in the area for a more upscale experience. Only negatives would be the daily costs of parking and internet service which are relatively expensive.
